This statistic displays the result of a survey conducted in 2018 on online shoppers in Norway and is based on the features which they find most important when choosing which web shop to purchase from. The feature which came on top of the list was that the delivery date is specified, according 82 percent of respondents. The feature that came last on the list was that the customer can change the method of delivery within the shipment time.
