A partir de la campagne 2012/13 les tableaux de récolte de la DGDDI permettent désormais de publier la production non commercialisable en vin (les lies et/ou les vins en dépassement de rendements, les vins rebêches). Production non commercialisable en vin 2017 : 760 781 hl."
