The volume of primary school expenditure in Turkey steadily increased from 2011 to 2022. In 2022, the figures peaked at over 103.6 billion Turkish lira. This expenditure value was approximately 87 billion Turkish lira more than in 2011, which was the year that the lowest amount of education expenditure was recorded.
