Between January and December 2023, Tesla's Model Y was the best-selling electric vehicle model in Germany, amounting to 45,600 sales. Volkswagen's ID.4, second in the ranking, had nearly 20,000 sales less than the Model Y, at 25,800 ID.4 sold.
