Features that prevent French from online shopping 2019
The ranking of features that prevented French from buying online in a survey from 2019, is presented in this graph. It appears that for 95 percent of the respondents, the slow upload of pictures and/or videos was a feature that prevented them from shopping online. Also, not knowing when the company would deliver the parcel was a negative aspect as well. About 85 percent of the respondents mentioned the complicated navigation or return process.
