This statistic shows the shipment share of mobile computing devices in K-12 schools worldwide (excluding the United States) in 2016 and 2017. In the fourth quarter of 2017, Windows devices dominated the global K-12 mobile computing market, with a market share of almost 61 percent. In the United States however, Chromebook was the market leader, accounting for about 60 percent market share in the same period.
