This statistic shows the mean customer satisfaction score for four broadband service providers in Singapore as of May 2018, based on three indicators of customer service: quality of service, price competitiveness, and variety of services available. During the period surveyed, MyRepublic achieved the highest customer satisfaction score for all three indicators, with a mean satisfaction score of 4.05 for quality of service, 3.98 for price competitiveness and 3.98 for variety of services available. SingNet scored the lowest for both quality of service and price competitiveness, with 3.63 and 3.43 respectively. StarHub Online scored the lowest for variety of services available with 3.61.
