The number of subscribers of internet protocol telephony services in Hong Kong in 2023 was nearly 1.31 million. The subscriber numbers had decreased by two percent in that year. The vast majority of subscribers are residential. The number of residential subscribers was 1.11 million whereas the number of business subscribers only amounted to 197 thousand.
