Total warehouse stocks include Grade A, Grade B and Grade C stocks.

Grade A is the top tier in a particular market. Some of the attributes include high-end construction and interior finishes, modern design, state of the art mechanical systems and a variety of property amenities. They are usually the best in class assets that command the highest possible rents in their respective submarkets.
Grade B properties are a step down from Grade A in terms of quality. It is common that an asset becomes Grade B due to age. Grade B buildings are in good conditions and achieve above average rent. Historic assets get Grade B category as they are technically outmoded.
Grade C is the lowest rated tier and least desirable of buildings. Spaces within this grade are barely functional and cheap to rent. Often, these are older assets with outdated building systems, designs, or they maybe in desperate need of maintenance and renovations.
