Landsec malls market value 2022

As of 2022, the market value of shopping centers owned or partly owned by Land Securities Group in the United Kingdom reached 1.1 billion British pounds. A year earlier, the market value for such segment stood at nearly 2.8 billion pounds. This figure, however, comprises London retail and regional shopping centers and shops. London retail is made of retail space in offices, One New Change, The O2 Centre, Southside, Lewisham, and Shepherd's Bush. Meanwhile, regional retail shopping centers includes major retail locations across the UK.
