As of February 2021, the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector in Mexico employed nearly 176 thousand workers. In 2020, BPO services in Mexico were expected to generate revenues of approximately 2.4 billion U.S. dollars. Moreover, after various years of revenue decline, BPO company Atento S.A. in Mexico showed a recovery in 2019.
