The graph shows the share of customers worldwide who think selected factors are important before they buy products as of April 2018, by generation. It was found that 44 percent of Millennials and Gen Z customers expected to see user generated content such as testimonials, product reviews and photos before they were ready to make a purchase. The same was true for 27 percent of Baby Boomers.
