According to a survey conducted in October 2021, Women in Japan spent on average 467 minutes sleeping, while men spent 476 minutes doing the same. The figures for both genders increased significantly compared to the previous survey results, showing the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the time people spend on sleeping in Japan.
