*Limited to designer fashion enterprises and their chief designers who are the members of the Council of Fashion Designers of Korea that have participated in the government-supported projects related to designer fashion industry for the last three years.
**Comprehensive wage system, also referred to as blanket wage system, indicates a fixed sum of compensation arrangement regardless of extra working hours that has been widely adopted by employers in South Korea.
According to the source, 'designer fashion industry' is defined as an industry consisting of designer-centered fashion goods manufacturing companies that have a unique identity of their own, produce independent flagship collections and diffusion lines, and present products via fashion shows or exhibitions.
