This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in Italy in 2017 among 164 companies, mainly small- sized enterprises active in the manufacturing sector. During the survey, companies' representatives were asked to indicate whether their organization had performed a risk assessment in the previous 24 months and, if yes, in which areas. As of the survey period, almost half of the respondents (49 percent) declared they conducted tests regarding cyber-attack vulnerability. General fraud risk assessment was implemented by 45 percent of the interviewed companies, whereas 14 percent of them stated they had not undertaken any fraud detection measure in the last 24 months.
