Italy: eco-friendly tourists by city 2017
This statistic illustrates the share of eco-conscious Italian tourists in the selected Italian cities in 2017. According to the study, about six in ten respondents (57 percent) in Milan stated that they paid more attention to the environment when they were on holiday. This was about three percent higher than the figure for Rome (52 percent) and eight percent higher than the one for Turin (49 percent).
