This statistic shows the results of a survey in 2017 in which British travelers were asked to indicate the resources they used when they planned their last trip. The figures have been broken down by generation. Search engines, travel review sites, and online travel agencies are the leading planning resources across all generations. Travel review sites ranked highest among Generation X (59 percent), whereas search engines were the leading resource for the youngest, Generation Z (53 percent).
