The statistic presents the results of an online survey conducted in 2017 about the preferred season to eat ice cream according to consumers in Japan. The survey revealed that the ice cream consumption of the majority of respondents increased during the summer time, while about a quarter of Japanese survey participants stated to eat a similar amount of ice cream all year round, regardless of the current season.
