Hurricane Maria, the tenth-most intense Atlantic storm on record which caused catastrophic damages in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and the Lesser Antilles among others, caused the POTUS to tweet 26 times. The death of Heather Heyer, counter-protester at a far-right rally Charlottesville, VA, only elicited one tweet from Trump.
