This statistic presents the difficulties experienced by frequent business travelers in Europe, when trying to redeem points or rewards offered by hotel loyalty schemes. The survey conducted with five European countries (France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom) in 2017. Overall, 73.6 percent of respondents said they had problems because their points expired.
