This statistic illustrates the results of a survey on the fear of immigrants in Italy as of September 2017, by age group. According to the data, roughly a half of the respondents between 45 and 54 years believe that immigrants constitute a danger to public order and the security of people in Italy. The same opinion was supported by 38 percent of the youngest interviewees (between 18 and 29 years).
