The production of soy-based drinks in Brazil decreased consistently during the reported period. In 2021, production amounted to around 58 million liters, a decrease of 41.3 percent in comparison to 2018. Similarly, the per capita consumption of soy-based beverages in Brazil dropped by 42.6 percent in the same period.
