According to data, the highest percentage of employees with fixed-term contracts in the period was registered in Calabria (24.4 percent). Lombardy was the region with the lowest share of temporary employees (10.9 percent). In general, Southern regions recorded higher shares of fixed-term contract employees than Northern or Central ones.
