The statistics show the reasons why the Internet users were unsubscribed from newsletters or newsletters in Spain in 2015. Most of the respondents said that they were unsubscribed because the information received was not of great interest.
Reasons why Internet users were removed from newsletters or newsletters in Spain in 2015
The project was launched by conducting an investigation that addressed the issue from two perspectives: business, for which a survey was conducted to 583 Spanish companies that used this technique; and consumer, through a survey addressed to 1,000 individuals that were likely to be impacted by this type of campaign.
