The percentage points exceeding 100% are probably due to a rounding of values.
The source adds the following information: "The qualitative analysis of the French tourism innovation ecosystem is based on a sample 1,000 "innovative" companies based in France. These belong to different sectors of activity: some are "characteristic of tourism" (accommodation, catering, travel agencies, etc.), others belong to other sectors of activity but develop an innovation intended for 'applying particularly to tourism, or have mainly tourism customers. The breakdown between tourism and non-tourism businesses is based on their NAF code, according to INSEE's nomenclature. "
