Italy: consumption of cured meat 2017, by age group
This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted in Italy between August 1 and September 4, 2017. During the survey, individuals were asked to indicate the frequency with which they used to consume cured meat on a weekly basis, sorted by age group. As of the survey period, 65 percent of the Millennials- young people aged between 18 and 35 years- declared to eat cured meat many times per week, compared to 54 percent of those aged 35 and over.
