The opinion on plant-based proteins does not seem to have changed drastically since 2011. Indeed, while in 2011, 95 percent of French people viewed them as healthy, in 2020 they were 92 percent to feel that way. The share of respondents seeing these proteins as good for the environment went from 86 percent in 2011, to 84 percent in 2020.
