This survey evokes the opinion of the French on the improvements to be made in the tourism sector in France in 2016. It can be seen that three quarters of the interviewees replied that it was a priority to strengthen the supervision and assistance to tourists in difficulty in certain places such as airports by creating teams of easily identifiable volunteers.
