According to the source, there are three large categories of the reasons for not using internet: lack of knowledge, lack of means, and opinions & beliefs. 'Low awareness of benefits' and 'PC illiterate' are classified as lack of knowledge. 'Don't own PC', 'Don't own internet connection', and 'Cannot afford internet connection' are grouped as lack of means. 'No need for internet' is opinions & beliefs.
