This statistic shows the results of a survey in which respondents in the United Kingdom (UK) were asked what their preferred channel of communication for banking notifications/offers. The survey question was conducted in 2015 and repeated in 2016 to show any changes in preference. The statistic displays the fact that the percentage of respondents that would prefer notification through mail or phone calls has gone down. In 2015 26 percent preferred communication from their banks by mail as to 22 percent in 2016.
