Job satisfaction of U.S. employees 2016, by recognition program
This survey shows the share of U.S. employees who are satisfied with their job by whether their company has a recognition program as of March 2016. During the survey, 83 percent of respondents, whose company has a formal or informal recognition program, stated they were satisfied with their jobs.
