According to survey from 2019, Finnish customers were overall very satisfied with their telecommunication providers. Elisa ranked the first among the mobile communications customers, reaching an index score of 80.3 on the EPSI rating scale from 0 to 100. Among the private broadband customers, DNA received the highest score of 77.6, followed by Telia with 76.5 and Elisa with 74.3 index points.
