Turnover of food and beverage manufacturing industry in Sweden 2019-2021, by sector

This statistic shows the turnover of the manufacture of food products industry in Sweden from 2019 to 2021, by sector. In 2021, the slaughterhouse and meat cutting industry generated a turnover of approximately 27 billion Swedish kronor. Other sectors of the Swedish meat industry are the poultry meat industry, which created a revenue of more than six billion Swedish kronor and the meat and poultry meat products industry, which had a revenue of almost 13 billion Swedish kronor. In the same year, the fish and fish product industry had a turnover of roughly 4.8 billion Swedish kronor. The Swedish dairy industry generated a turnover of approximately 26 billion Swedish kronor, whereas the ice cream industry had a revenue worth of 1.9 billion Swedish kronor.
