The willingness of Italians to pay for selected online contents and services evolved. According to the survey, in 2017, 38 percent of respondents aged between 16 and 75 had paid for online contents such as e-books, digital magazines, online games and for streaming subscriptions. In 2016, this figure stood at 33 percent.
