According to the survey, almost 44 percent of respondents affirmed to give importance to aspects related to the offer, such as the account, prepaid credit cards, vouchers, insurance and interest. Only 15 percent of Italians claimed to consider important aspects related to the service, such as opening hours, capillarity, waiting times or accessibility.
