According to the source, within each city, four categories of drivers were surveyed: two-wheeler drivers, four-wheeler drivers, truck/bus drivers and auto-rickshaw drivers. Cities surveyed: Delhi, Chennai, Jaipur, Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Kanpur, Mumbai and Kolkata.
