Likelihood of ordering food products online in the Netherlands 2017-2021
Are Dutch consumers planning to use online grocery shopping in the future? This question was asked during a recurring survey in the Netherlands over multiple years. In 2021, approximately 16 percent of Dutch consumers indicated that they would probably order food products online if their supermarket provided that service. However, almost 60 percent of Dutch consumers reported that they probably would not order groceries if the same services were offered.
