Share of new energy vehicles in use in Japan 2015, by type
The statistic describes the distribution of next-generation vehicles in use in Japan in the fiscal year 2015, ranked by vehicle type. During the measured period, hybrid vehicles were the most common type of new energy cars in use in Japan. With a share of 6.2 percent, clean diesel passenger cars ranked second.
