According to the results of a 2023 survey, 77 percent of Danes aged 65 years or older used television as a source of news, making this group the most likely to do so. However, television news consumption decreased in general among all age groups between 2021 and 2023. Those aged 18 to 24 years had the biggest decline in news consumption on TV during this period, dropping from 47 percent to 34 percent.
