* The sample count displays the number of records from the mail list that had certified organic production in 2015 or whose operational status was unknown. The mail list included 20,400 operations that met the criteria and the response rate for the U.S. was 60% (n=14,716)
** Only operations certified by an AMS approved agent were included in the 2015
survey.
