In 2020, 89 percent of respondents in the U.S. were highly or somewhat satisfied with the speed of service and the friendliness of staff at Wendy's drive thru service. Meanwhile, the services that respondents were least satisfied with were menu item availability and order accuracy, with 87 percent being highly or somewhat satisfied.
