Legoland Windsor ranked as the most visited amusement park in the United Kingdom (UK), recording an attendance of 2.42 million in 2023. This was followed by Alton Towers and Thorpe Park, which had 2.35 and 1.62 million visitors, respectively.

Merlin Entertainments – a leading player in the attraction industry
Many of the UK’s top attractions are owned by Merlin Entertainments, a global leader in the amusement and theme park industry. They own several family entertainment brands including Legoland, Sealife Centre and Madame Tussauds. A reported 62.1 million people visited Merlin Entertainment’s attractions worldwide in 2023.
