This statistic shows the total direct premium written on the domestic market by health insurance companies in the Benelux countries (Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands) from 2004 to 2019 (in million euros). Of the Benelux countries, the Netherlands, had the highest direct premiums written on the domestic market for health insurance, amounting to over 52 billion euros in 2019.
