The statistic displays rankings based on customer service experiences of two-wheeler owners in India for the year 2016. Over 75 models by ten makers were evaluated for the study which yielded Hero, Bajaj and Mahindra below the average industry points of 748 on a 1000-point scale.

The study was conducted among owners within 12-24 months of purchase between November 2013 and March 2015, who had service experience within three months of evaluation.
