Electricity prices for non-residential customers in Latvia presented a trend of overall decline in recent years, but peaked in 2022. In the first half of 2022, electricity prices for consumers with annual consumption between 500 and 2,000 megawatt-hours amounted to some 12.5 euro cents per kilowatt-hour. Overall, users with annual consumption greater than 20,000 megawatt-hours paid lower prices than those with an annual consumption up to 2,000 megawatt-hours.
