In 2023, more than 90 percent of Dutch individuals used online or mobile banking. The most active age group in terms of online or mobile banking was 45 to 55 years old, with almost 98 percent of individuals in this group using digital banking platforms. On the other hand, people aged 75 or older were less active, with 65.3 percent of this group using online or mobile banking.
