This statistic illustrates the results of a survey on the consumption frequency of low alcohol and light beer in Germany from 2018 to 2021. During the 2021 survey period it was found that roughly 430 thousand Germans aged 14 years and older drank low alcohol and light beer several times a week, an increase compared to the previous year.

The survey is based on the German-speaking population aged 14 years and older.
Information on sample:
2017: 23,106 respondents, projected base of 70.09 million persons.
2018: 23,086 respondents, projected base of 70.45 million persons.
2019: 23,120 respondents, projected base of 70.60 million persons.
2020: 23,138 respondents, projected base of 70.63 million persons.
