The IRB is the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada which decides on the admission of those applying for refugee status from within Canada. Values include cases referred to the Refugee Protection Division (RPD) on or after December 15, 2012 ("new system"). Claims finalized or pending may have been referred in a previous period.
