This statistic shows the share of the young population in Belgium that could be happy without the right to vote in 2016 and 2017, by age. In this period, 35 percent of the Belgian respondents aged between 26 and 34 years reported to imagine being able to be happy without the right to vote.
* n (16-17) = 3,334, n (18-25) = 26,217, n (26-34) = 19,437, n (34+) = 3,760. Although the survey is specifically focused on the generation aged between 16 and 34 years, people older than 34 were also able to answer the survey questions, hence the category 34 years and older.
