Swivel seats: "Swivel seats with variable height adjustments EXCLUDING: - medical, surgical, dental or veterinary seats - barbers or similar chairs" Non-upholstered seats: "Non-upholstered seats with metal frames EXCLUDING: - medical, surgical, dental or veterinary seats - barbers' or similar chairs - swivel seats".
